| The problems of structural consolidation are resolved through the combination of two operations: > by filling voids and cavities with injections of DRYcem micro-cement or DRYpur polyurethane resin. > by re-compacting the structure by DRYpox adhesive epoxy resin injections. The operation is of low invasiveness, so it does not affect normal use of the structure: Restoration of a railway underpass, for example, does not require interruption of the overhead railway line. |
The DRYcem micro-cement and DRYpur polyurethane resin injections saturate both the interstices between |
DRYpox epoxy resin glues together the structural elements thanks to its ability to adhere to various supports such as concrete, bricks, stone, wood, and steel. Once injected into the cracks it ensures adherence and gluing of these cracks. The traction force of epoxy resin is in fact 5-6 times higher than the tear force of the concrete itself. |
