Waterproofing of joints and cracks   Injections in the presence of water or oils   Curtain grouting of a wall against the ground

1. Cracks and joints - DRYflex
To restore the permeability of concrete constructions, the operation takes place inside the structure, directly at the points of infiltration. The success of the operation is immediately verified. The injection is possible and effective even in the presence of water under pressure.

Waterproofing by pressure

DRYflex is a bi-component Acrylic Foam. At the time of injection the resin has the same viscosity of water Being a liquid, it fills and saturates both the minutest porosities or cracks and the larger cavities. Within minutes, the elastic resin catalyses and, because of its self-expanding properties, seals the crack by pressure. In the face of any movements of the crack the resin expands further, self-repairing the waterproofing.

Acting by pressure, the effectiveness of waterproofing is independent from the state of the walls of the crack and the possible presence of oils or hydrocarbons. Therefore, cleaning operations are not required, with a consequent saving of time and money. DRYflex resin is certified for use in drinking water treatment plants and for the risk of exposure to fire. The restoration is covered by Insurance Warrantee.   2. Curtain grouting
By means of a network of injectors a layer of fog is created which, when catalysed, creates a waterproof membrane between the wall and the ground at the back. The curtain grouting technique is applied to structures with high permeability, such as brick, masonry, or prestressed slab walls.

The Drytech curtain grouting technique is in accordance with the WTA 4-6-98 recommendation.

The restoration is covered by Insurance Guarantee.
