Drytech Tank 830 m²
ARCHBISHOP’S ARCHIVES, LUGANO / The Archbishop’s building in Lugano has been equipped with underground rooms allocated to archives, offices and reading rooms.

The single waterproof structure of the Drytech Tank meets the requirements of space and safety required from any underground structure and, even more importantly, from a structure allocated to the storage of documents.
Since the structure itself is waterproof, it maximises the internal volume of the underground structure because it does not require an internal partition wall which reduces internal space.

On the other hand, safety with the Drytech Tank is a value which continues over time: if necessary, the system can be easily maintained without affecting or reducing the normal activities of the premises.
The underground structure was designed by Studio Passera & Associati in Lugano, with whom Drytech Engineering collaborated to create the waterproof structure: a Drytech Tank of 830 m².
The work was carried out by Promeng from Lugano.
