DOLCE&GABBANA HQ, MILAN / Elegance is as important a concept for fashion as are science and technology. The new multifunctional space of Dolce&Gabbana in Milan, designed by Studio Piuarch, has a characteristic and recognizable personality and style.
It is formal elegance in line with the Milanese’s brand values.
But is it correct to judge a waterproofing system via these criteria? And above all: does elegance have a functional value?
Drytech is convinced that it does in the meaning that is attributed to the scientific term and, in particular, in mathematics, namely, to obtain a valid solution in the majority of cases with the same essential elements.
In this regard, we consider that the Drytech Tank is an elegant solution because it is a simple structure and it is based on few essential elements. And this approach is valid for any size of construction, in any situation (also in any weather!).
Another element of beauty of the Drytech Tank is the absence of functional overlapping between components. Each element has a defined role: they integrate without encroaching on each other’s territory. This ensures the different implementation phases are independent, making the Drytech Tank a flexible system which truly adapts to the needs of the construction site and not vice versa. The building in via Piave 22 was designed by FV Progetti from Milan and was built by Sice Previt from Segrate.
